Tracing back commands

Hi,
I executed a file from an unknown source (I know it was stupid) and was able to find out it was created using InstallForge.
Is there any way to find out which commands were executed while starting the .exe?
I'd really like to know how much damage executing the file has done to my system and if it's still secure to use it or if I need to reinstall my machine.
