Setting Up Application & Uninstall Icons\Shortcuts

Anyone know how to use the option that will set up shortcuts with associated icons?

I can get the shortcuts working for my application executable and the "Uninstall" application that comes with InstallForge. However, I cannot seem to associate an icon with each shortcut I set up.

Has anyone used this option successfully? If so please let me know I can use it as well.
